Key holder/ Sales Lead(Boulder)

Starr's Clothing Co. founded in 1914 is a fashion lifestyle company best known for comfort and simplicity.
Starr's Clothing Co. Key holder/Sales Lead supports the operation of a profitable store through successful selling, floor supervision and management of division of responsibility. We are looking for fashion-minded, customer focused individuals to build our team. The Key holder/Sales Lead. will work as a team with the Store Manager and Buyers and Owners in the daily operation of the store including; meeting sales goals, opening and closing of the store, Staff training and product knowledge., and maintaining store appearance.

Qualifications:

Act as a Starra??s brand champion
a?? BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform essential functions of the job.
a?? One- two years retail management experience in a clothing store
a?? Must be customer focused and strong decision making skills
a?? Ability to communicate effectively and provide feedback as needed
a?? Must be able to build relationships in order to foster teamwork and develop partnerships within the community

  • Takes ownership of self development

Physical requirements: lift /carry/move 40 lbs minimum including fixtures and product.
a?? Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends

. Will Assist Manager with :

  • Staff coaching and development to achieve targeted sales and profitability
    a?? Basic computer skills, open and close, store, make change, operate POS systems
    a?? Work with store lead to drive revenue in the store along with strong eye for fashion.
    a?? Ability to actively supervise the sales floor
    a?? Leads by example by providing quality customer service
    a?? Recruits, coaches and retains a team that reflects the needs of Starra??s Clothing standards
    a?? Communicates effectively
    a?? Delivers above and beyond service
    a?? Provides timely and constructive feedback to associates
    a?? Delivers performance counseling
    a?? Receives feedback in an open and receptive manner
    a?? . Assist with staff coaching and development to achieve targeted sales and profitability
    a?? Can drive and produce results
    a?? Performs division of responsibilities with competence and minimal supervision
    a?? Maintains a visually enticing store that is neat clean and organized
    a?? Sets clear expectations and provide direction on how to achieve
    a?? Prioritizes workload to maximize efficiency and minimize impact on customer experience

    a?? Adapts management style as necessary to the audience
