The Executive Chef will direct a culinary team, develop a local artisan and scratch cooking program while partnering with the University's Sustainability initiatives.

The best qualified candidate will have the following:

  • High-volume College/University culinary and culinary management experience
  • Catering culinary program experience
  • A culinary degree or certification
  • Experience with food and labor management systems
  • Experience leading and training a culinary staff
  • Sustainability focus and ability to implement overall local and sustainable initiatives
  • Experience with on-line ordering programs
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to wear multiple hats
  • A strong attention to detail and a high focus on food presentation/menu planning

Basic Management Experience - 3 yearsA A A

Basic Functional Experience - 3 yearsA work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
