In this role you will be responsible for; training and developing 20 union & some non-union employees, daily kitchen management, food production, catering execution, recipe standards, inventory, on-line purchasing, menu planning, food & kitchen safety, equipment maintenance, staff schedules with union & management agreement contracts. A A

Culinary Degree / Trade School Certificate and Servsafe Certified

Corporate Dining, Contract Food Service Management experience

Working knowledge of HACCP protocols for regulatory compliance

Food production, meal presentation, catering with attention to detail

Experience; inventory management & on-line ordering for 2.5M in volume

Financial skills for P&L reporting and budgeting

Skilled at creating and developing menus and pricing

Capable of training & developing union & non-union; 20 employees

Ability to manage multiple and at times, competing priorities in a union setting

Computer skills; financial, food & labor management systems, Menu Graphics

Organize team members in food and kitchen safety with regular self-audits

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement -A Associate's DegreeA
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
