SodexoA is seeking anA Executive ChefA for St. Anthony Hospital, located inA Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.A A A This is a 450 bed facility with $8.5M in annual managed food volume; food service operations include patient meal service (trayline and AYR room service), two retail cafes, doctors' dining and catering.A The Executive Chef will report to General Manager andA manage a staff of approximately 35-40 FT and PT employees including a Chef Manager.A Typical shift will be 7:30am - 5:30 pm, may vary with some rotating weekend coverage.

We are looking for candidates who will:

  • manage the daily food production including production planning and controls;
  • design and implement menus and overseeA full production system operation;A
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;
  • manage food costing, controls and compliance;
  • have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees;
  • have a passion for food and innovation; and
  • knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) is preferred.

The ideal candidate has:

  • a strong culinary background, ideallyA in healthcare / campus / business dining environment, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends;
  • strong catering experience;
  • excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implements company policies;
  • strong management skills;
  • a culinary degree and / or American Culinary Federation Certification preferred.A
