St. Luke'sA Hospital Warren is a 100 bed acute care hospital with greater than 34 client managed employees and retail cafeteria. It is part of a 10 hospital network based in Pennsylvania.A

As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of food for the cafe to include all catering and retail food services. The Executive Chef will also work closely with the General Manager and hourly staff with 15 hourly employees that will report to this position directly. The hours for this position would be a Monday through Friday 7:30-5 with some nights and weekends. A
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with purchasing, menu planning and development of menus
- Experience managing and developing other culinary staff
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to success in this role.
- Successful Catering/Scratch cooking experience
