Sodexo is seeking a Regional Operations Support Executive Chef 3.  This is a temporary position for a time period of up to one year.  The selected candidate will be eligible to post to other Sodexo positions while in this temporary role.

 

Seeking a motivated, skilled professional with a minimum of 3 years of culinary management experience in a high volume environment, food production, computer literacy, full HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification.

  • Experience with At Your Request (AYR)--Room Service Dining or a similar "on- demand" food service model
  • The ability to effectively communicate with a diverse staff both verbally and in writing

Position Summary

Provides culinary leadership within a large sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training.  Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.  Key Duties- Implements & coordinates the culinary function.  - Directs & trains cooks & utility workers.- Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards.- Manages catering & retail areas.- Customer & Client satisfaction.- Financial management to include food cost & labor management.- Manages food & physical safety programs. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelora??s Degree 

Basic Management Experience - 3 years
