ISU is an up and coming medium sized public university with a large residential population, two residential dining facilities, 10 retail locations, a growing catering operation with banquet center operations, a faculty/staff dining room and concessions.A Reporting to the GM, you will manageA 50 associates and oversee this accountsA thriving Catering business of over $1MIL.A

The ideal candidate:

  • College/university culinary and culinary management experience,
  • High end culinary program experience,
  • Excellent management skills,
  • Experience with food and labor management systems,
  • Experience with on line ordering,
  • Extensive culinary experience with high volume catering;
  • Experience training and leading a culinary team;
  • Culinary degree preferred, but not mandatory.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement -A Associate's DegreeA
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
