Responsibilities for a Retail Sales Consultant:
- Help customers connect their lives to AT&T's products, including: cell phones, tablets, the Digital Life home automation system, AT&T UVerse television & internet, and DIRECTV
- Exceed our customers expectation
- Interact with customers using a friendly, fun, and professional approach
- Demonstrate a competitive spirit
- Capable of engaging customers to explore sales opportunities
- Conducting bill reviews on customer accounts
- Strong communication skills and able to activate new accounts and upgrade current customers
- Learn how to use and demonstrate wireless applications for customers
- Have an inner drive to succeed in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
- High school diploma
- Wireless/Technology experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to learn new products and services in a timely manner
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
