What You'll Do:

Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely fashion. Use cook to order and batch-cooking methods when appropriate to ensure a fresh product.
Visually inspect all food that is prepared and is ready to be served for proper plating.
Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures (cover, label, date and properly store all food items) at all times.

What You Bring:

A? High School Diploma or GED required.

A? Culinary Training Certification or Degree in Culinary Arts, preferred.

A? Minimum 2 years' experience in quality food preparation.

A? Must be at least 18 years of age.

A? Must be able to successfully multitask and be adaptable to changing demands.

A? Must obtain ServSafe Certification as required by local or state agencies within 60 days.

A? Must have flexibility with schedule and be available to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays
