What You'll Do:
A? Wash pots and pans following prescribed procedures found in Company Policy and Procedure for Kitchen Sanitation.
A? Assist the cooks in preparation of the breakfast, lunch or dinner meals.
A? Record wash, rinse and sanitize levels on the Dish Machine Temperature Log Sheet.
A? Wash all dishes following prescribed procedures found in the Company policy and procedure for kitchen sanitation.
A? Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
A? Complete all cleaning duties on daily, weekly or monthly cleaning schedules.
What You Bring:
A? Food Handler's Permit as required
A? Able to communicate in both written and spoken English
A? Must be at least 16 years of age
A? Must have flexibility with schedule and be available to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holiday
