Under the direction of the Sous Chef and Culinary Operations Manager the Cook is responsible for:

• Preparing all the hot and cold food items on menu for residents and personnel
• Maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, food handling practices in performing food production tasks.
• Meeting with the Sous Chef and/or Culinary Operations Manager daily to review and confirm production amounts, culinary techniques and timing for resident meal services and special functions.
• Tasting food to determine the quality and palatability.
