Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

As a Team Member, you are a vital member of your Cicis Team.  You may elect to focus on becoming proficient in just one or a few different positions.  Or you may seek to get fully cross-trained in all positions.  And perhaps one day develop the skills necessary to become a Shift Trainer or Manager.  Regardless of what you're looking for, chances are Cicis has just the right opportunity for you!

Team Members enjoy meeting new people, interacting directly with the Guest to ensure each Guest has a memorable and enjoyable dining experience at Cicis.  

Cicis Team Members are extra-friendly, hard working, smile easily and have an outgoing and positive attitude.

 

Cashier (Guest Greeter) – Welcome each and every Guest into Cicis.  Process orders, complete payment transaction, answer menu questions, suggest add-ons, answer the phone and handle Carry-Out/To-Go Orders.  Along with taking care of the Salad Bar and Pasta Bar.  Thank Guests for visiting.  Guest Greeter also keeps the front counter area clean, stocked and organized.  Be on your feet for extended periods of time.  Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. 

Guest Greeter also help in the Dining Room to assist in maintaining a clean and orderly dining room for our Guests. 

 

Service Assistant/Dining Room – Ensures all dining room Guests enjoy a great dining experience at Cicis.  Deliver pizza and/or wing orders to dining room Guest.  Fulfill extra service request from Guests, pre-bus/bus tables and maintain a clean dining room by removing plates, cups, bowls, silverware and trays from tables and counters. Along with maintaining an orderly dining room environment: including table, chairs, booths, floors, bus stations, game room, restrooms, beverage counter, doors/windows and removing trash bags/cans and replacing as needed.  Be on your feet for extended periods of time.  Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

  

Cut/Stock

CUT (Kitchen Position) - Responsible for cutting/preparing the flow of product from the ovens to the buffet. Prepare and organize special requests and carryout orders. Be able to multi-task and focus in a high paced environment. Maintaining cleanliness of work space including work surface, tables, floors, walls; while keeping the area stocked and organized. Be on your feet for extended periods of time.  Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

 

STOCK (Kitchen Position) - Maintaining the buffet presentation by keeping the counters wiped down and pizza slots full, fresh and fronted. Initiating interactions with the guests, smiling and being present at the buffet to handle guests needs. Need to have knowledge of the menu items to ensure personal pizza order accuracy. Be able to multi-task and focus in a high paced environment. Maintaining cleanliness of floors and area. Also helps maintaining the pasta bar, salad bar and beverage counter.  Be on your feet for extended periods of time.  Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Cut/Stock also help in the Dining Room to assist in maintaining a clean and orderly dining room for our Guests.

 

Requirements

·      Must have excellent communication & guest service skills

·      An outgoing and have a positive attitude

·      Able to work under pressure, at a fast pace & multi-task

·      Have a reliable way to get to work on time

·      May be required to lift and carry, push and pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs.  Kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs, reach and grasp objects.  Climb a ladder.  Be on your feet for extend period

·      Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

·      Legal authorized to work in the United Sates
