The position will be at our upcoming community, Sable Lodge, which will be opening in late 2017 in Portland, Maine. The Executive Chef will lead the opening of the scratch kitchen within this luxury independent living community. You have an exciting opportunity to join the dedicated team of professionals who will make Sable Lodge the preferred senior living choice in Portland!

Here's what we're looking for in the right candidate:
  • 3-5 years experience as a Chef with increasing responsibility
  • Experience leading a team (hiring, scheduling, training)
  • A Culinary Arts degree or Business degree is preferred
  • Able to foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, peers and the community
  • Basic computer and word processing skills important
  • Anda passion for food!
