Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Provide every member and guest with an uncompromising experience that's made possible by a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Champion the art of body sugaring by educating each and every customer on why it's the best way to remove unwanted body hair. (Trust us, it's awesome.)
- Promote our line of L.A. Bikini products by touting their many benefits, but in really sincere, un-salesman-y way.
- Become a retail machine who's constantly looking for ways to exceed previous performance.
- Maintain L.A. Bikini's reputation for outstanding hospitality and professionalism by delivering a best-in-class experience for every customer. (All while feeling no pressure, of course. Wink. Wink.)
- A license in Cosmetology or Esthetics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A knack for organizing (with a keen eye for detail)
- Retail or product sales experience
- A flair for technology
- Strong people skills
- A passion for skin care
