* Manage finance and accounting departments in tasks necessary to provide timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with GAAP to assist management, shareholders and stakeholders in making economic decisions about the company's future.
* Responsible for all aspects of financial management, maintain system of accounting records, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, cash management, risk management, and development of, and adherence to, internal control policies and procedures.
* Will partner with the business and provide the necessary analytical support to drive sound and profitable decisions.
Well managed Manufacturing firm with multiple locations, seeking hands on Accounting and Finance leader as Controller, to provide sound financial data as well as work closely with the Executive Team on projects to move them ahead strategically.
The Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity in and timely completion of all financial activities across all companies. Additionally, the Controller is actively engaged with all functional areas, supporting operational needs and driving productivity with advice, analysis and financial direction.
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS in Accounting or Finance
* 5+ years experience at a Controller or similar level in a manufacturing enterprise
* 5+ years supervisory experience
* Hands on experience with an ERP system
* Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
* Experience with Transfer Pricing Programs
* Experience with International Accounting and Consolidations
* Experience with Percentage of Completion Revenue Recognition
* Self directed and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and competing priorities
