About this job

Currently seeking to hire all management positions including: General Manager, Kitchen Manager & Assistant Managers for both front and back of house.

Management will oversee and coordinate:

  • Training and Retention
  • Guest Service and Satisfaction
  • Sales,
  • Costs
  • Food Quality
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation by assisting in directing hourly team members.

Outstanding candidates will have:

  • Energetic personality
  • Readiness to face unexpected challenges with professionalism and composure
  • Excellent operational skills
  • Positive track record in building sales and profitability
  • Increasing guest satisfaction,
  • Food and labor cost controls
  • Experience in both FOH and BOH operations.
  • 2+ years of salaried management experience in a casual dining, full service, $2.5+ million venue
  • Aloha and Crunchtime! experience preferred.
  • FOH positions you must be able to obtain a bartenders license within 60 days of hire.
