About this job
Major manufacturer in the greater Morristown, TN area has immediate openings on 3rd shift (10pm-6am) for Team Leaders. Will work closely with Production Supervisors to ensure policies, processes and procedures are followed. The Team Leader will coordinate work assignments while also maintaining a neat and orderly work environment.
This is a non-automotive plant. Team Leader positions are hands-on roles that also require basic computer skills working with Excel, SAP, and Outlook. Team Leaders will be involved in continuous improvement projects, employee training, and quality initiatives.
Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Spanish language skills are a plus.
