THIS POSITION IS A RETAIL ASSOCIATE POSITION FOR A MARKETING AND SALES FIRM.
Professionals with customer service & retail experience are wanted to fill our In-Store Management position.
We are currently accepting applications from individuals with experience working in customer service, customer relations, and customer support to work as part of our team. Retail Consultants will receive training to ensure they have all the skills and knowledge that they require to be successful in this high energy industry. We are seeking candidates that are outgoing, personable & comfortable working in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional development.
Team based training sessions ensure that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our top representatives. Requirements
Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a positive & energetic environment

• Maintain professional standards in marketing, sales & customer service

• Direct customer interaction to promote products & services

• Participate in daily training sessions & campaign meetings
• Achieve high levels of sales performance and results.
• Assist Event Manager with training and managing all employees in execution of daily tasks and to maximize
• Maintain compliance with corporate communications by overseeing preparation of merchandise, displays and presentations.

• Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities

• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Customer service or customer relationship experience

• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills.

• Ability to develop and train staff, build relationships and utilize skills of staff most appropriately.

• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate in a clear concise and understandable manner.

Requirements
This is a full-time position. The right candidate will be chosen only after a series of face to face one-on-one interviews. Candidates must have strong people skills and a high level of integrity. Compensation is based upon individual performance. We provide hands-on training to all hired candidates.
