Major responsibilities include:
a??Meal planning in conjunction with chef and managing partner
a??Review recipes prior to preparation of food
a??Assure that all food procedures are followed
a??Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
a??Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply
a??Follow all sanitation guidelines
Job Requirements
a??Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
a??Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
a??Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
a??Must have the ability to read and speak English
