Essential Functions: Must be a at least 21 yrs of age. 1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Casino's Service Standards at all times. 2. Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs. 3. Carry work cards at all times during shift. Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training. 4. Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects best practices. 5. Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so. Comply with Board of Health Standards. 6. Maintain good personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to the Company's policies. 7. Have knowledge of MSDS booklet location for your area. 8. Display knowledge of all emergency procedures. 9. Inform manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities. 10. Be able to utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, disinfectants and all-purpose cleaners. 11. Maintain cleanliness of the stock in the pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, remove margarita containers, ensure that area is well stocked and notify manager when orders must be placed. 12. Polish all brass behind bars and surrounding tile area. 13. Polish all mirrors. 14. Ensure a Beyond the Best image of all bars and storage areas. 15. Other job related duties as assigned.
