FULL-TIME POSITION
MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. 2. 1 year prior experience preferred 3. Ability to work effectively in a high volume environment while maintaining proper portion control, safety, health and service standards. 4. Must have cash handling experience; responsible for all transactions in a Bartending environment. 5. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. 6. Must be willing and able to participate in on-going training. 7. Must be at least 21 years of age. 8. Must be able to follow all safety policies and Graton Resort & Casinoa??s standard procedures. 9. Must be able to obtain a Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card. Must keep all current required work cards on your person during your shift. 10. Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with Alcohol Awareness training. 11. Practice the guest service standards consistently with internal and external Guests. 12. Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
