Valet Front Services Attendant

FULL-TIME POSITION
MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE
Position Summary
Assist arriving and departing guests with car parking, doors, and luggage. Assist guest with bags to their guest rooms, transport guests in hotel vehicles, handle group luggage, and handle guests' laundry and mail. Be aware of safety and security at all times. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Essential Functions

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's "Great" Service Standards at all times.
• Assist guests with reasonable requests.
• Transport guests in hotel vehicles.
• Deliver and retrieve guest bags from guest rooms and storage.
• Issue guests luggage and car tickets.
• Ability to trouble shoot in the event a guest cannot be located.
• handle guests and group luggage, wheelchairs, laundry, mail and room deliveries.
• Maintain office car tickets, count cars for inventory purposes.
• Sign on and off for radios communication requests.
• Follow departmental quality control policies and procedures.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Report to work station with bell keys and ready to work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Non-Gaming work card for the jurisdiction in which the property is located.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to do extensive walking, standing, bending and lifting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
