Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Reporting to Executive Chef in all aspects of upscale dining restaurant.
- Hands on leader working with staff.
- Training and developing future kitchen leaders.
- Ensure all food is prepared and handled in a safe manner.
- Creating specials- work with the Chef on menu development.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years upscale kitchen management position
- Good knowledge in sourcing local fresh ingredients.
- Experience cooking steaks and seafood.
- Good leadership skills; Good communication skills.
- Good team player; coachable, flexible creative.
- Salary range of 40k-52k
