Service Advisor
The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, in person, on the phone or via on-line with their service needs. The ASM acts as the liaison between the customer and Balise technician, representing the store and service department in a professional manner. The ASM represents Balise through consistent service contact with the customer and technician.

The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, in person, on the phone or via on-line with their service needs. The ASM acts as the liaison between the customer and Balise technician, representing the store and service department in a professional manner. The ASM represents Balise through consistent service contact with the customer and technician.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering the highest level of customer service individually and in conjunction with other store team members.
- Maintains professional relationships with store team members
- Growing service business monthly
- Acts as a trusted member of the total store team
- Being a resource for management and other team members
- Attend service meetings, listen and learn and participate
- Understand that the business is built on customer satisfaction and commit to guaranteeing customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
- Personal CSI scores meet or exceed the region average
