Job Description:
As a CaffA? Macs Barista, you are responsible for preparing beverages to CaffA? Macs standards for speed, quality, and consistency with a high level of customer service. Key Qualifications Excellent listening skills and verbal communication Experience in processing payments Excellent customer service skills High volume experience Must be able to work in a fast pace environment Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task Honesty, integrity, and reliability Must be able to work alone and in a team environment Description a?? Welcomes and connects with every customer a?? Take customer orders accurately a?? Operate coffee making equipment a?? Process payments from the customer a?? Maintain clean and sterilized work area a?? Comply with standards for merchandising, stocking, and storing product a?? Assists with cleaning, stocking and lifting items in other areas of the caffA? as requested a?? Correctly follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines a?? Maintain the highest standards of conduct and confidentiality a?? Continually grows in knowledge of coffee and customers a?? Looks for new training opportunities and takes advantage of new training a?? May performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager Education Must have Serv Safe Certificate Additional Requirements This position will spend 100% of time standing Environmental exposure to cold, heat and water Ability to lift 25 - 50lbs Must be able to understand basic sanitation directions
