Catering Supervisor - Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

Kneaders Bakery & CafA(C) is a fast-casual restaurant that serves a variety of pastries, soups, sandwiches, and scratch-made bread. We are looking for someone who is hard-working that will create and serve up each of our freshly made menu items with a smile. Are you ready to join our Kneaders family?
Responsibilities:
-Oversee catering operations for the assigned location.
-Coordinate a timely preparation and delivery of food at many different events. Remaining accountable for proper and correct order fulfillment.
-Communicate any and all pertinent information to each department (Pastry, Bake, Retail, Kitchen) and management teams.
-Take phone or in-store orders, build, package, and deliver orders according to the menu or client specifications.
-Client relationship management. Compiling and maintaining a customer file for tracking sales, cold calls, repeat business and new business
-Keep records of house accounts and past orders. Confirmation and follow up calls are part of the daily routine as well as marketing calls/visits to source new catering clients.
-Supporting the store operations in FOH or BOH positions after daily deliveries or during catering down time.
-Working in conjunction with the local catering sales manager to acquire new business and review weekly performance.
-Requires reliable and predictable attendance.
- On-the-job training for food preparation and local store marketing, prior food service experience is a plus but not necessary.
