General Warehouse - Full-time / Part-time

PeopleReady is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a growing company in the Eau Claire area of Wisconsin. Our client is looking for associates that want a stable and rewarding career. This is a temp to hire position with opportunity for advancement with a very reputable company. The pay for this position is $11.50 per hour.

 

Job Duties

• Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward
• Warehouse environment can expose Team Members to temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Follows safety policies and procedures while on the work floor
• Safely operate forklift or other machinery in order to complete tasks, such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting products
• Maintain condition of Distribution Center work area (i.e, free of trash, product in correct location etc.)
• Ensure accuracy of load by verifying quantity with computer inquiry screens
• Work cooperatively and productively with other team members in order to complete tasks

 

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience
• 1 year of pick-pack experienced
• 1 year of distribution and fulfillment experience
