PeopleReady is looking for cooks for Cooks for Northfield Mn. There are openings for several different shifts for Cooks with Skills that are diverse.
ALL APPLICANTS must be able to:
1. Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
2. Interact professionally with other employees,customers and suppliers.
3. Work Effectively as a team contributer on all assignments
4.Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
BASIC JOB DUTIES:
1.Completes Daily Production list for Dining Hall,Catering,and Commissary as assigned by Lead Pantry,in alignment with the Great Expectations III Standards.
2.Always adhere to Great Expectations 3 Standard.
3.Always Batch Cook.Never over prepare food items that will end up sitting and lose Culinary integrity.
4.Always insure proper temperature of Food.
5.Change Station pans as needed throughout meal service
6.Keep station clean and free of clutter.
7.Serve customer in efficient and friendly manner.
8.Use approved food production standards.
9.Make sure serving lines are clean.
10. Always break down after meal service
11. Participate in safety programs
12. Any or all duties as required by supervisor.
