Clinical Supervisor, Early Intervention
Early Intervention
Eliot's Somerville Early Intervention program, supporting children 3 years of age and younger is seeking a Clinical Supervisor.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct service to families in accordance with established productivity standards.
Provide clinical supervision and administrative oversight to assigned staff.
Monitor performance of assigned clinical staff, conduct performance evaluations, and make recommendations to the Director regarding the hiring, discipline, promotion or dismissal
of staff.
Assure the orientation of new staff to the Service and the Agency.
Provide support to new staff for meeting DPH certification process, including development and submission of Certified Early Intervention Specialist portfolio by the end of
the third year of employment.
Participate in budget and contract development and make recommendations in relation to development of new services.
Participate in program development and implementation of marketing efforts for the program, including community based groups and trainings.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Requirements
Master's degree in education, social work, nursing, psychology, speech/language pathology, physical therapy, or occupational therapy;
appropriate licensure and meets third party reimbursement and Department of Public Health Early Intervention Program criteria for specific discipline. Requires at least 5 years post degree experience in a related field and a minimum of 2 years
supervisory experience. Requires certification as an Early Intervention Specialist (CEIS). Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software applications.
