General Purpose of Job: The STAR Kids Fair Hearing Coordinator understands that the Member has the right to appeal and request a fair hearing for adverse determinations and leads the team in the fair hearing process.
The STAR Kids Fair Hearing Coordinator will oversee and lead all fair hearing activities from initial contact through final resolution of the fair hearing and all coordination and follow up activities subsequent to the determination.
