The DoubleTree by Hilton Billings, managed by The Hotel Group (THG⬑) is looking for a courteous, customer service driven, happy, energetic, ambitious, inspired, ego-free, and ⤑open for business⥑ type Sous Chef to join our growing hospitality team! Summary: To ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through training, supervising and working with all kitchen staff to prepare, cook and present food according to hotel standard recipes in order to create quality food products. Full job description available upon request.

Qualifications: You must meet minimum age requirements to apply. 1 year of prior Kitchen supervisory experience preferred. Prior hotel Food & Beverage experience preferred. Ability to use computer software including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
