Crew Member - Full-time / Part-time

Detail window cleaning is a strong, detail oriented home servicing company of 20 plus years of servicing the greater Indinapolis area. Here at detail window cleaning we offer gutter cleaning, power washing, snow removal, interior, exterior detailing, window cleaning, as well as janitorial service.
We are in search to fill various crew member positions we have available. We look for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. Our work week runs 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday's. We provide complete training so experience is not necessary but your committed effort is required to master the trade of window cleaning. Also a potential candidate must be comfortable with ladder work.
After your initial training period is completed, you will begin earning "performance-based" pay. These average pay is between $10 and $15 per hour, depending on the skill and effort level of the team member. we do have customers that tip the team based upon service satisfaction.
