Menu Dining Server

Willow Valley Communities is located in Lancaster, PA

Serves our Residents and guests in a formal dining room, restaurant style setting.   Provide prompt courteous, exceptional service for Residents and guests following Willow Valley standards. Portray a professional image in dress and mannerisms.  

Completes set up side work which may include; making coffee, filling ice dispensers, setting up condiments, stocking reset stations with linen, silverware, glassware and dishes; or other duties as assigned. 

Escorts Residents and guest(s) to their table, provides menus, gives specials, pours ice water and offers bread service.  

Takes verbal orders and submits written order to the kitchen. Serves meal in courses, utilizing a large service tray at shoulder height. Observes diners to respond to request and clears used dishes between course.  Ladles soup, portions salads and desserts for service. 

Clears and resets tables at the conclusion of the meal for the next group of diners or next meal period. Completes clean up side work which may include; sort and rack silverware, sort and store utensils in proper areas, wiping of tables and chairs, restocking reset stations with linen, silverware, glassware and dishes; cleaning of carpet or floor, or other duties as assigned.

 May assemble and deliver sick box meals to Residents' apartments. May serve banquets or special functions, as needed.  Willing to train.
