Job Overview:

Individual will be an integral part of the warm welcome and fond farewell process by greeting all customers.A Individual will be the primary mover of vehicles to and from the parking facility.A Individual will have some safety and loss prevention responsibilities.A Individual will learn and use aggressive hospitality concepts at all times.

Reports To:

Valet Parking Manager, Valet Parking Assistant Manager and Ramp Supervisor

Key Relationships:

All parking customers, property and parking associates

Standard Specifications:

Individual will remain in proper postposition when not moving a vehicle or cleaning the drive.A Individual will be attentive to all customers and coworkers.A Individual will perform in a professional manner at all times.A Individual will observe all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Essential:A A A A A A A A 1.A A A Ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral forms.

2.A A A A A Ability to provide legible communications.

3.A A A A A Must be at least 18 years of age.

4.A A A A A Familiarity of property operations and surroundings.

5.A A A A A Valid drivera??s license with a safe driving record.

6.A A A A A Ability to operate a manual transmission.

7.A A A A A Must possess interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

30.A A A A A A A A A A A A Must report all incidents and accidents no matter how minor to a manager or supervisor.

31.A A A A A A A A A A A A Must report all personal injuries suffered while working to a manager or supervisor.

32.A A A A A A A A A A A A Must introduce a customer who has lost their claim check to the manager or supervisor.

33.A A A A A A A A A A A A Must fill out all parking tickets as instructed by management.

34.A A A A A A A A A A A A Must secure each vehicle parked unless otherwise instructed by management.

35.A A A A A A A A A A A A Must initial every parking ticket for accountability purposes.
