Well established, upscale, fine dining restaurant seeking Line Cook

a?? Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred
a?? Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.

a?? Able to work every station in the kitchen including saute, grill, pantry and prep

a?? Must be available to work a flexible schedule, mostly afternoons and evenings, including weekends and holidays.

This is a perfect opportunity for the right person and could lead to promotion as Sous Chef.

REQUIREMENTS

a?? High School diploma or GED preferred

a?? Minimum 1 year of high-volume restaurant experience

a?? Must have current food handlera??s card and other certifications required by federal/state/local law.

a?? Strong listening skills, strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, team player.

a?? Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate operational information.
