About this job

The Banquet Sous Chef will report to the Executive Sous Chef of the hotel and is responsible to plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and special requests in Banquets & Catering in accordance with standards and plating guide and presentation specifications. The Banquet Sous Chef will direct, train and monitor performance of banquet cooks and line cooks. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
