Housekeeper Wanted - Move Out Cleaning Person Needed Sept. 30 - Full-time / Part-time

Hi There, I am moving out of my West Wash Park apartment on Friday and would like someone to come in on Sept. 30 and clean the place to ready it for its new tenant. I'm a really tidy and clean person, so this task should take no longer than an hour. I just want someone to vacuum, mop, wipe counters down and tidy up the bathroom (sink and tub). I'm looking to pay in the neighborhood of $40. This is a one-time job and I would be super grateful! Again, just want to make the place extra clean for the new tenant, but it's already pretty clean. There might be some dust in areas, such as under the bed, from not being able to reach there.
