Sitter Wanted - School drop offs, occasional date nights for an awesome 6 year old - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for an engaging, kind sitter for our 6 year old daughter for school drop offs, occasional pick ups and occasional date nights. I work nights as an RN in Berkeley and my partner works Mon-Fri leaving our place at around 6-6:30 am. I also attend births as an assistant midwife, which means we end up having some unpredictability in our schedules. We are hoping to find someone who can commit to being with our daughter from about 6-9 am 3 mornings a week. My schedule changes each month and so we would need someone who can be flexible with which 3 mornings each week they're available. That being said we would know about 4 weeks in advance, so we wouldn't have last minute changes to your schedule. We would also need someone who could be available for some afternoon pick ups. We live on the east side in Petaluma and are pretty new to the area. We are a hardworking family and love the outdoors and being active. Our 6 year old is active, imaginative, loves to read, play at the park, dress up, help cook, and do art work. She is pretty independant and a little shy, but once you get to know her, she will is super engaging. She loves building fairy houses and dancing. She is a very kind child and has good manners. I have worked as a childcare provider myself for many years and I respect the time and energy you provide to care for our children. We look forward to meeting and working with you.
