Retail Sales Manager

Aerotek is looking for multiple Retail Sales Managers for a reputable client in the Auto Care industry!

Job Duties:

• Greets customers. Determines customer needs for tire and service repairs. Sells tires and service repairs to meet individual and store goals for maximum operating profit level. Prepares daily reports of sales, inventories, invoices, etc.
• Manages all payment types and financial transactions and records with all customers (retail, national accounts, wholesale). Track records for payments and overdue accounts.
• Helps manage daily workflow for back shop staff based on sales of service and availability of equipment and personnel.
• Manages and maintains point of sale displays to promote and increase sales.
• Performs miscellaneous service work or job assignments, such as opening/closing the store and dismount/mount & balance of tires.
• Receives, inventories and stocks tires.
• Cleans work areas, show room areas and restrooms using prescribed housekeeping methods.
• Responds to calls to make deposits at designated banking facilities.
• Assists store staff in completing tasks associated with the profitable operation of the store.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
  
• 1+ years retail sales management
  
• Proficient use of tools and equipment used in the repair and servicing of automotive vehicles (will train)
  
• Experience overcoming objections in a face to face retail sale
  
• Ability to work a tablet in a paperless environment
  
• Personality traits they look for; Type A personality, multitasker, self motivated
