A fast growing tech company in he heart of downtown is looking to hire a contract recruiting coordinator for a 6 month project. The hourly pay is $20-24/HR and need 1-3 yrs of recruiting coordinator experience in a corporate experience. Interview scheduling, data entry, managing on-site interviews, and planning, hosting and attending recruiting events. There's lot of room to grow in this role, since we have a small, experienced team and our company is growing rapidly.
* Ensure that our fast-paced recruiting environment runs smoothly.
* Make the interview experience both positive and enjoyable for candidates.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with interviewers, hiring managers, and executives and confirm details with candidates.
* Continually communicate with internal team (hiring managers, recruiters, management) up-to-date candidate interview/scheduling activities.
* Manage our applicant tracking system by entering new candidates, editing existing ones and running reports to track progress and identify areas for process improvement.
* Respond quickly and effectively to urgent tasks, which you'll constantly need to prioritize.
* Possibly assist with sourcing/identifying/contacting candidates, as well as with other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Great at prioritizing high volume, high priority tasks.
* Capacity to become a scheduling wizard.
* Can-do attitude.
* Keen attention to detail
* Smart and good at solving problems on the fly.
* You like to work hard and play hard.
* Love consumer Internet products
