Aerotek Professional Services is seeking a Claims Specialist to work in Denver, Colorado
Claims Specialist Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls on claims that are already in process.
- The Specialist is responsible for authorizing payment on claims by researching and resolving unresolved issues with both contractors and homeowners.
- Research, analyze, and make coverage determinations regarding warranty obligations
- Inform homeowners and contractors about coverage determinations
- Document all interactions in a written manner using internal systems
Claims Specialist Qualifications:
- GED or diploma
- Customer service experience - call center preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Restaurant or retail backgrounds do very well as long as they're comfortable transitioning to a call center
