Qualifications

Looking for candidates with great people skills as well as strong administrative skills (MS word, Excel) that can multi-task and coordinate a variety of training and employee services programs. Must present as extremely professional/polished and be reliable and dependable. Reports direct to HR Manager

Position Summary:

As face of company to employees and visitors, answers telephones, greets customers and visitors, and performs a variety of reception and clerical duties to support daily business activities. Provide administrative and project support services for the HR Department staff. Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support employee services and company-wide projects and programs. *Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate employees *Greet visitors and call for employee escort *Ensure visitors sign visitor log and issue visitor badges *Assist with vendor deliveries (e.g. Micro precision, corodata, USPS), food and coffee services, building vendors and building services, and contact appropriate employee for receipt of packages.

  • Administer online safety orientations for new hires, maintain ASC inspection completion log
  • Support Pre-training activities by organizing training logistics, reserve conference room, schedule training
  • Assist IT to coordinate and schedule internal web applications
  • Administer new hire orientation training
  • Creating Word Documents and excel spreadsheets, sending emails, working within outlook for calendar management
  • Assist with HR programs
  • Order employee flowers for illnesses, accidents or bereavement.
  • Send new hire checklists and new employee progress reviews to managers and track return
  • Place orders for supplies
  • Assist with 401(k) employee sign ups twice a year and seminar sign ups
  • Add checks to online check log
