About this job

Our client, a leader in managed healthcare benefits, is looking to add Customer Advocates to their team in Belleville, IL.

Customer Advocates are responsible for responding to member and provider inquiries in a contact-center environment. Customer Advocates will perform research and provide appropriate information in order to resolve each issue. The Customer Advocates will be responsible for accurate documentation and follow-up, appropriate to each call.

Qualified applicants will have at least 2 years' experience in a customer service or professional office environment. Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma. Candidates must be available for a shift between the hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Saturday. Previous background in health or dental insurance is preferred, but not required.
