Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay:$13-14/hr

Shift: 2,2,3 8:00am-8:00pm

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Location: Greenville, OH

This positions main function is to support the extrusion operator. The assistant operator will work exclusively in conjugation with the main extrusion operator. They will be responsible for loading product into the machine. They will be operating a sit down forklift for about 30% of their job. They will be loading plastic pallets, product, finished roles and wrapped product into the extrusion machine The other 70% of the role will be to run the machine and support the main operator. They will be responsible for operating and understanding the extrusion machine. Operation entails route button pushing. For the most part, each machine will run the same product all day. Assistant operators will also be responsible for visible quality checks on the product.
