Machine Operator

Currently hiring for a machine operator opening. It is an overnight shift.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of machine operating experience in a heavy industrial environment (ie. steel, minerals processing, chemical)

- Experience with directional flow, flotation, pumps and valves

- Ability to follow and adhere to safety procedures

Job Description

Operation of equipment per procedures, work instructions and daily operating instructions.
Record and document process operating data.
Prepare maintenance work orders.
Will work mainly with various equipment associated with minerals processing such as screw conveyors, silos, belt conveyors, product tanks, bins, pumps, dry grinding mills, air classifiers, dryers rotary vacuum filters, wet grinders, wet classifiers and other related equipment.
