Drafter - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking a Mechanical Drafter to Prepare drawings of piece, parts, and assemblies involving selection of scales, dimensioning, detailed views, layouts or verbal instructions, e.g., piping isometrics, compressor motor housing machining drawings. This role will be working within AutoCAD 90% of the time producing and revising existing drawings. Other responsibilities include:

• Utilize CAD system to prepare drawings and layouts as related to job.
• Assist in CAD database maintenance through archiving of finished projects.
• Assist in CAD system performance through disk to disk file transfer for contiguity.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have 5-15 years of experience outside of school as a drafter with AutoCAD
• Associate's Degree
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
