About this job

Call center- inbound/ outbound calls.

  • Administrative/Back-office work
  • Associate manages cases in multiple queues and are expected to resolve within 48 hours
  • Involves updating client header information email address and location address
  • Creating credits to reimburse the client for fees or promotions
  • W2 information requests
  • Assist clients with any payroll or HR questions.
  • Processing checks received and to be deposited in accounting or the bank

Qualifications:

  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of call center experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
