About this job
Call center- inbound/ outbound calls.
- Administrative/Back-office work
- Associate manages cases in multiple queues and are expected to resolve within 48 hours
- Involves updating client header information email address and location address
- Creating credits to reimburse the client for fees or promotions
- W2 information requests
- Assist clients with any payroll or HR questions.
- Processing checks received and to be deposited in accounting or the bank
Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of call center experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
