IMMEDIATE FULL TIME PRODUCTION OPPORTUNITY with established Pharmaceutical!!
Must Haves:
1) Production experience
2) Following SOP and GMP in an FDA environment
3) Able to read and write English in order to properly document
Candidates will work in a pharmaceutical solid dosage manufacturing facility. Candidates will follow SOP and GMP to properly use ppe and work in production. Candidates will use batch records to properly manufacture products. There are 4 different areas in production that these candidates may be asked to work in. The first two will be where these candidates will be mainly focused on:
Dispensing/pre-weigh - pull raw materials and weigh out each component of batch in order to make compound. Will use scales and must have math skills in order to understand weights, conversion, and addition & subtraction. This position will be responsible for having a specific order fully weighed out and staged on pallets in order to move to next part of production. Keep proper documentation
Blending/granulation - take pre-weighed materials and add components in proper order based off of batch record to the blenders. Process compounds for correct amount of time and to correct consistency. After processing they will place product in drums, buckets, etc. Product is them moved to next stage of processing. keep proper documentation
Compression - take processed product from blending/granulation and processes it further to be compressed into tablets. Will follow batch records to make sure proper pressure and weight is in each tablet.
Package product in proper container to move to next stage or ship out to contract packagers. Maintain proper documentation
Coating - take compressed tablets and process them to add a coating. will follow batch record to confirm proper process. Will package product in proper container to ship out to contract packagers.
All positions must adhere to cGMP and SOP standards.
