One of my clients in Florence, KY is looking to add a Maintenance Technician Lead. It is a long term opportunity with a very reputable company in the area.The starting pay ranges from $20-24/hr. Below are a few of the key qualifications they are looking for:
- 5-7years experience in HVAC Building Maintenance
- Ability to understand/read equipment and building blue prints
- Operate basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Project management and time management skills
